Soup to Nuts is your natural health resource from A to Z. We focus on providing everything from high quality foods, vitamins, supplements and herbs to homeopathic remedies, aromatherapy and holistic services for those looking to maintain or achieve wellness. And, unlike many chain stores, it is our goal to assist our customers in educating themselves to make food choices in maintaining their bodies.

With over 20 years of natural health experience, we pride ourselves in providing a knowledgeable and trained staff as well as workshops and seminars for our customers’ education. We believe that health is a function of the quality of what we put into our bodies, minds and hearts; and our products and services reflect this philosophy.

Groceries – Just as our name says, we carry everything from canned soup to bulk nuts. Our shelves are filled with alternative grocery items including cereal, cookies, dinner mixes, peanut butter, juice and much more. We also offer ice cream, pizza, natural soda, milk, cheese and organic produce.

Vitamins, Supplements and Herbs – High quality products fill our shelves. If you need items not found on our shelves, we will be glad to order it for you.

Special Diet Needs – Allergy, Gluten-Free or Yeast-Free diets require special products. We specialize in offering a wide variety of food choices for restricted diets, plus we can help you learn more in your journey to better health.

Homeopathic Remedies – These are very safe, yet powerful treatments for people of all ages and conditions. We carry top brands and informative material to treat complaints or ailments.

Aromatherapy – Soup to Nuts carries a full line of essential oils, diffusers and supplies.

Healthwise Holistic Services – We seek to nourish not only the body, but the mind and spirit. We offer individualized wellness planning, ear candling, Reiki relaxation, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Ionizing Footbaths, plus, a full array of books, tapes, resource materials and free monthly magazines. Sweet Grass Café – All Natural, Organic and Delicious! Everyday we feature soup, salad, smoothies, fresh fruit and veggie juicing, coffee and tea. Many items are dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free and preservative-free.
