Sage Bistro is an exciting addition to the Fox Valley restaurant scene! Located at 1 W. Illinois Street in the Fox Island Square shopping center in St. Charles, the bistro is a fresh concept; but with a historic influence.
Sage Bistro is nothing like its predecessor, Eric & Me - by design! The entire space is renovated - walls removed, decorating updated, and of course the menu has been re-created! The restaurant features many seafood, steak and chop selections, standard fare, and some unusual dishes for good variety.
